Colliers International was chosen as the exclusive agent representing IIF S.A. in the process of sale of the investment plot called Software Park.

The site of over 5000 sqm has a valid building permit for a class A office development and underground parking. The project will comprise of a 11000 sqm office building, named AVIA. The name is a reminder of the historic place where the first Kraków airport was located. The property will have the advantages of a good location, close to Kraków city center. It is situated in the area of the Special Economic Zone.

The new owner of Software Park is Kraków developer GD&K Group, cooperating on this project with Europolis fund.

In the transaction Colliers’ Land Department and Investment Advisory Group represented the IIF Group, while GD&K was represented by FISHEYE Properties Establishment.
