Colliers International was chosen as the exclusive agent for commercializing the Green Point Shopping Center in Poznań.

Green Point shopping center will be situated on the corner of Hetmańska and Pamiątkowa Street. It will offer 35 retail units located on two floors, offering in total 5350 sqm of space. The development’s design was prepared by Piotr Barełkowski, the architect of Stary Browar in Poznań.

The shopping center’s tenants will include service companies, such as dry cleaner and banks as well as fashion retailers. The investor, Monoblok Company, has also designated some space for entertainment, a possible fitness club, sports pub and green patio. 

The delicatessen  Piotr i Paweł has already secured space as the provider of groceries to customers of the scheme.

The grand opening of Green Point is planned for Q1 of 2009. Currently Colliers International is negotiating lease agreements with the tenants.
