Colliers International was presented with awards for the Best Real Estate Agency and the Best Property Management Team at the CiJ Awards Gala held in the InterContinental, Warsaw.

This is the third Best Real Estate Agency award Colliers International has collected and their first Best Property Management Team award. The Property Management Department of the advisory company was established in 2007 and currently manages  600,000 sqm of commercial space in Poland.

All companies and projects in the competition were nominated by clients prior to the gala evening.

CEE CIJ, Central & Eastern Europe’s leading Real Estate magazine, hosts a series of exclusive awards evenings in the five capitals where the magazine is published.

The 2009 CIJ Awards Poland, the eighth to be held in Warsaw, is one of the most popular evenings of the year.
