The Office Agency at Colliers International represented Wrocław branch of Altkom Akademia and Jeronimo Martins Dystrybucja in lease negotiations for new office space.

Wrocław branch of Altkom Akademia decided to lease almost 900 sqm of office space in the Bema Plaza building in Wrocław. The property offers 32,000 sqm of class A space which is composed of office space (23,000 sqm), commercial space (4,000 sqm), apartments and a 2-storeys of underground garage. The company plans to move to the new office in February 2009.

Jeronimo Martins Dystrybucja has leased over 700 sqm in the Orion building belonging to the largest office complex in Poland – Empark Mokotów Business Park. The development is located in Waraw, in the heart of Służewiec Przemysłowy.

Colliers International Poland’s Office Agency specialises in tenant representation. Its services include coordination of the relocation process, lease terms renegotiations and the expansion of office space. Among the department’s largest clients are Deloitte, Samsung Electronics, Provident, Schneider Electric, Nestle, Canal+ Cyfrowy, Henkel, Kodak, UPC and many others.
