Colliers CRE’s National Corporate Services comprises senior real estate professionals who have a broad experience advising owners and occupiers on all aspects of property.  The group specialises in providing strategic property advice to both the public and private sectors and takes a lead role in managing the delivery of multi-discipline services to clients.

Typically, the team works with clients to gain an understanding of their business and the drivers which are affecting their property needs.  On the supply side the team reviews existing portfolios and identifies any mismatch between current provision and demand.  Options are analysed, reviewed and appraised and business cases developed to support the preferred strategy.   The team takes a strategic role in the overall management of delivery of property strategies bringing together the full range of skills from the company to create a client specific team responsible for implementation of the strategy.

The team also advises clients on alternative ways of delivering property services supporting the development of in-house departments, advising on outsourcing options and alternative structures for holding property.

The National Corporate Services team works closely with Colliers International Corporate Services Europe, Colliers Capital UK and the professional, agency and specialist departments of the company to provide an integrated service to our clients.

The team is at the forefront of some of the new initiatives being developed to support property owners and occupiers in both the private and public sectors.
