Colliers International totals up the results in its key business lines  for the year 2007 – the 10th operating year on the Ukrainian market.

In 2007 Colliers International provided services on assets valuation totaling $4 billion, to include the valuation of ТММ and KDD Group property portfolios for IPO. This year the company had been involved into the projects totaling 
2,5 million sqm of such companies as Acteeum Group, Citigroup, Engel Construction & Development Group, Ghelamco, Multi Development, Parkridge, Seven Hills, Kiev-Donbas and so forth.

In 2007 the premises lease/sales totaled over 30,000 sqm  in the office segment, 90,000 sqm in the industrial; and around 35,000 sqm  in the retail segment.

In 2007 Colliers International was involved into the projects as follows: Petrovka Mall Shopping & Entertainment Center in Kyiv, (GLA 75,000 sqm), Aquapark Shopping & Entertainment Center in Kyiv (GLA 40,000 sqm), Hippodrome Shopping & Entertainment Center in Odessa (GLA 62,500 sqm), Leopolis Centre Shopping & Entertainment center in Lviv (GLA 45,000 sqm), business center on 30B, Fiskultury St. (GLA 10,600 sqm), business center on 101, Volodymyrska St. (GLA 7,200 sqm), Horizon Park Business Center on 4, Hrynchenko St. (GLA 19,500 sqm), MLP Chaika Logistic Complex (100,000 sqm), West Gate Logistic (78,000 sqm), Komodor Logistic Park (65,000 sqm), Сargo Center Kiew Logistic Complex (250, 000 sqm) and many others.
