Colliers International was awarded as Consultant of the Year at CP AWARDS 2008 ceremony, the first National Award in real estate, which was held in Hyatt Regency Kyiv, Ukraine on May 29, 2008.

The Consultant of the Year was determined by the professional Jury Board CP AWARDS 2008 consisting of the experienced and knowledgeable leading Ukrainian and foreign experts in the sphere of commercial real estate. Ernst & Young was the auditor of the contest. In this nomination the professional jury assessed the activity of the best Ukrainian consultancy firms operating in commercial real estate – Colliers International, DTZ, Ukrainian Trade Guild.
