Our flagship project - the Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi offers a GLA of over 70,000 m² in Phase I. The mall was virtually fully leased on completion and full operational management is provided by Colliers. The firm is now working on a Phase II extension, which will provide an additional 50,000 m2 of lettable area. Colliers are involved in all aspects of the second Phase as well as providing services on the master plan development of which the mall is just one part.
