The client, Lippo Group has an interest to dispose its 56.19% ownership in 79 Anson Road. Colliers was appointed to achieve the highest possible price for the client’s property.

The vendor was initially faced with the dilemma in deciding between disposing the asset or company. The buyer was also not certain of which option they would be comfortable with.
