Major 21,000 m2 residential project in Nis

The Colliers International Serbia office in Nis has signed an exclusive representation agreement for their first residential project in the city - Mozaik residential complex.

The project is located in the downtown area of Nis and is spread over 8 buildings, offering 21,000 m2 of residential and retail space, with more than 350 parking spaces. Just a few miles away from the city center, it will offer a premium living experience to its future tenants. The investor, DV Mozaik Inzenjering, is a renowned local company with a portfolio of similar projects as references. The completion date is scheduled for the summer of 2010.
