The main objective of the Corporate Services department at Colliers P&I is to provide an integrated service to large-scale occupiers of property.

Intended for major Customers, this service aims to assist them in all issues relating to their property assets, ranging from Evaluations of Assets, Studies for the Strategic Guidance of Investment, and Asset Management, to the execution and implementation of Property Assets Profitability Plans.

The main aim of all the services offered to large-scale occupiers is to optimise property assets and maximise the value thereof.
