Appraiser

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s College degree or Professional License in Mechanical or Civil Engineering

· Experience within Real Estate Property Valuation and Construction a plus

· Minimum of 3 years work experience in the related field

· Ability to travel regionally and nationally

· Licensed appraiser is an advantage

· With excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills

· Must be flexible to work outside normal office hours
