Job Title: Facility Engineer

Job Category: Facility Management

Qualifications:
Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
Minimum of five years experience in managing MNC facility especially on critical environment
Self-motivated with management skills and sound judgement
 
Location / Assignment: Mauritius

Contract Duration: 1-2 years 

Package / Benefits:
Salary package of USD5,000 per month
Housing package of USD400 per month
Leave credits of 20 days per annum

Other Available Positions:

Property Manager (Cebu based)

• Proficient in all aspects of Building, Property and Pacility Management.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience is residential and/or commercial including call centers and banking facilities is preferred.
• Good management exposure and customer service training.

• With hands-on experience in engineering related works and can work under pressure and after office hours.

Chief Engineer

• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
• Minimum of 4 years exprience in maintenance operation of mechanical system/equipment and other facilities.
• With background in banking facilities, residential and/or commercial properties.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule and hands-on experience in engineering related works.

Bookkeeper

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking or equivalent. Preferably a CPA board passer.
• Preferably Female with 1-4 years experience specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Must be adept in financial analysis and all aspect of accounting cycle.
• Good management and customer service training.

Service Desk Officer / Receptionist

• Female, Graduate of any Business related course.
• With above average communication and customer relation skills.
• With high attention to datails.
• Experience in hotel related work will be a plus.
• Must be at least 5'4" in height.
