Quality Assurance In 1992 Colliers International committed to the Australian Quality Assurance Program and began development of Quality Assurance systems.

The objective was to achieve certification progressively across the professional divisions in all of the form’s offices in Australia and South East Asia.

Quality Assurance requires the design and implementation of a Quality System, which, ideally, complies with the International Standards Organisation ISO 9000 series of standards.

We have already achieved certification by Standards Australia Quality Assurance Services (SAQAS) complying with AS/NZS ISO 9002:1994.

Quality Assurance is a system of planned and systematic activities implemented within a quality system for providing maximum confidence to our clients, and ourselves that our services consistently fulfil the requirements for quality.

There are three (3) main categories of Documentation Colliers International Quality System, namely:

• Quality Manual
• Procedures (including QA Forms)
• Operational Instructions (where appropriate)

Certification for Property Management (Commercial and Retail) in Perth and other Australian States was initially obtained in 1998, and has subsequently been recertified in WA in May 2005.
