The Valuation vision is one centred on broad thinking and pragmatism.

We aim to provide not only valuation services, but to assist clients in the use of valuations and understand the broader implications; opportunity and risk, with whole of property related decisions.

The valuation department contains a broad and varied skill set enabling valuation of land and building across all property classes, metropolitan and country locations. Our skills are more particularly focused on financial evaluation of property and land projects, compensation for state based agencies, commercial, industrial, retail and CBD – commercial – retail. Additional valuation services include rural and semi rural holdings across the State.

The Valuations Division is headed by John Del Dosso, Director, supported by Senior Valuers, Peter Trevaskis, Don Alexander, Peter Murphy and Courtney Fox. A dedicated Research Assistant/Trainee valuer whose role integrates research and analysis from our research division supports the valuation team. Moreover, the valuation team works closely with all divisions of the business to maintain an up to date knowledge of market events and conditions.
