Colliers International is a leasing agent for EuroPoint building in Podgorica

The European business center brings a trend in the European architecture

Colliers International Montenegro has announced that it will be a leasing agent for new and prestigious project, EuroPoint business building in Podgorica. It is the first ecologically designed building for public and administrative purposes. It will change a business environment of Podgorica as the capital city which has lacked high-quality office space so far, that is to say, a demand has been bigger than an offer. The investor is ProInvest company from Podgorica whose founders are Industriaimport-Industriaexport AD and the Slovenian Intering Holding d.o.o. It is located in the Boulevard of Sv. Petar Cetinjski, near the bridge of Blazo Jovanovic and the river Moraca, at the heart of the town.

EuroPoint is a modern building of simple, amounted appearance which is a trend in the European architecture and complies with the zoning plan of the capital city. The end of construction is planned in 2009. It is in accordance with the EU standards.

This seven-floor building with 8.895m2 of space has a developed warming and cooling system based on thermal energy which saves electricity significantly.  The chosen concept of energy utilization represents the considerable contribution to preservation of the natural environment. The profitability of such concept is of special importance for future consumers.

The building has also two subterranean floors with 2000m2 for 84 parking lots which will contribute to solving of this constantly bigger problem of Podgorica. The ground and the first floor have 1.100m2 and that will include a restaurant and various business-commercial contents. Remaining floors are office space of highest quality. The value of the project is 10 million of Euros.
