Wilkinson & Snowden Developments, Inc. -  Projects have ranged in size from 7,500 square foot truck service shops to 600,000 square foot build-to-suit warehouses.  The company has built 46 industrial buildings in Memphis and completed dozens of other retail, institutional, and residential projects.

Since 1950, the firm and individual members have been actively engaged in various developments around Memphis and vicinity.  Product types include industrial parks, speculative and design-build warehouses, neighborhood shopping centers, high-rise condos, and single family residential subdivisions.  Recent industrial projects include a build-to-suit for Airborne Express and speculative warehouses with tenants like BAX Global, Exel, Federal Express, EGL Logistics, Canon, and USPS.
