Launch of two new Residential Projects
With residential sector started showing sign of recover the developers have started to lauch new project. Recently two new projects namely Serene County by Doshi Housing in Chennai and Godrej Prakirti by Godrej Properties in Kolkota was launched. Doshi Housing has launched a project offering a mix of independent homes, row houses and four-in-one residential units with area ranging between 1200 to 1800 sq ft area while the Godrej Prakirti offers buyers options such as 2BHK, 2BHK plus study, 3BHK and duplex apartments with areas ranging between 900 sq ft and 1,800 sq ft.
SEZ
JNPT SEZ WILL BRING JOBS TO 30,000 PEOPLE
Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT) is planning India's first special economic zone exclusively for a port on a sprawling 276 hectares of land near Belpada-Karal villages on the Panvel-Uran road. The SEZ would comprise both processing and non-processing units to meet the requirements of not only JNPT but also the proposed airport coming up near Navi Mumbai. As per the Times of India the SEZ will consist of a logistics and hardware park and is expected to generate jobs for 30,000 people in leather, plastic, electronic goods and furniture production.
