The Top Ranked Commercial Real Estate Service Provider

Colliers International, the global real estate services firm, today announced that it has been ranked the 18th on the Global Outsourcing 100 list compiled by International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) – higher than any other commercial real estate service provider.  The list includes prominent companies from all corners of the business arena, including IBM, Accenture and Unisys.

Each year, IAOP and FORTUNE release their rankings of the Global Outsourcing 100 Companies, in which companies are ranked by 18 criteria, including sales growth, the skill and training of their workforce, the number of technical and business certifications they have, the track record of their management team, and customer references.  According to an article in Fortune on 5 May 2008, Michael F. Corbett, chairman of the IAOP, mentioned that the most successful outsourcing providers would be those with deep expertise and strong collaborative skills.  As companies are getting more demanding on outsourcing providers nowadays, Colliers' 18th place ranking records a tick upward from the 19th place last year. In addition, Colliers is the top ranked commercial real estate service provider on the 2008 list.
