With the Zagreb office celebrating its one year anniversary in early 2006, Colliers Southeast Europe opened another Croatian office in June 2006 – a resorts-and-second-homes-focused office in Dubrovnik, the Adriatic gem that shines far beyond the shores of Croatia. This office is focused on some of the more upscale projects around the Croatian coast that are now in their initial stages.

The Dubrovnik office, with the support of the office in Zagreb, is able to provide a wide variety of real estate services including Representation and Brokerage Services and Investment and Corporate Advisory Services. The Dubrovnik office is located just steps from the sea, in a building that also includes an art gallery from one of Croatia’s most famous contemporary artists. Colliers International Croatia became the General Sponsor of this gallery – Gallery “Marijan” - which was created as a multimedia, multicultural, creative and interactive gallery with workshop contents; a gallery without permanent exhibition, open to various events and guests.
